Holy Spirit Rugby Football Club
A sport that combines intense strength and furious speed, Rugby is a forebearer of American Football and an outgrowth of Association Football (Soccer). If you're not familiar with it, American audiences can currently watch English Premiership matches on Peacock (streaming app).

Classes are led by a certified personal trainer and will last about 60 minutes.
This club is the fellowship arm of Holy Spirit Athletics. If you're new to the parish or have been around forever, this club's a great opportunity to come together and watch sports, have some good food & drink and great conversation with new friends!
Old Boys Thursdays F.C.
If you thought your glory days were behind you or are just looking for a way to stay active, then Old Boys Thursdays F.C. is just the thing! Even if you don't know much about Soccer, it's still a great way to keep fit and meet new people! Pick up games will be played out on Izzy's Field, or any other of a number of fields around the area, on Thursday evenings.
